TRACKING YOUR ORDER
If you have created a login with us, you may track your order directly in your account. Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email when your order has been processed (may take up to 48 hours). You will also receive a second email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of your BrillianceWhitening goods.
Important note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking information to show.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email. At this point, your order cannot be changed or canceled. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund. Shipping fees are nonrefundable for returns or invalid address information.
RUSH HANDLING
Rush Handling is an additional service to provide a quicker turn-around time for fulfillment. This will ensure your order is processed within 2 business days, but it is NOT an alternative to expedited shipping. Please note orders are not fulfilled on the weekends or national holidays when offices are closed, and it must reach the mail cut off time frame (10 AM Central Standard Time).

SHIPPING POLICY
BrillianceWhitening is not responsible for any delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments, including Priority and Express shipping options. Once the package has left our facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.
BrillianceWhitening is not responsible for lost or damaged returns or packages. It is the customers' responsibility to follow all directions. BrillianceWhitening will not reimburse additional charges.
If a package is received damaged or mishandled, a photo must be provided indicating the damage and or mishandling before issuing a refund or a replacement.
It is the customers responsibility to contact the brand within 30 days for a failed delivery and/or damaged product/packaging in the event the package needs to be redelivered or returned after a thorough investigation.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing PO Box numbers, refused, or return to sender. BrillianceWhitening has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned to the fulfillment facility.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Due to high order volume, any requests for address changes will be considered, but not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules.
Normal order processing can take up to 5-7 business days. Order processing may take longer during sale time and peak seasons.
Please note our business hours are M-F 8-5 PM Central Standard Time.
Orders are not fulfilled on the weekends and will be processed the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide except for a few countries (Central African Republic - CF, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea - GQ, Falklands, Guinea Bissau - GW, Iran - IR, Johnston Island, Kiribati, North Korea, Mayotte Island, Myanmar - MM, Nauru, Niue, Saint Pierre Et Miquelon, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone - SL, Solomon Islands, Somalia - SO, St. Helena (S. Atlantic), Sudan - SD, Syria - SY, Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Republic Of Turkmenistan - TM, Tuvalu, Wake Islands, Russia, Mexico, Spain) due to customs regulations and sanctions. International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. BrillianceWhitening does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information. If the customer rejects the package, they will incur a "rejection fee" to forward the package back to our headquarters. Once the package is returned and received by our shipping department, we will notify you via email when a refund is issued.International shipping can typically take anywhere from 5-45 business days dependent on the destination. Please take into account customs clearance as well. BrillianceWhitening strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
